City of Madison and Dane County Consolidated Plan

The City of Madison and Dane County want to know what you think about how we should spend money from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) over the next five years (2025-2029). This money helps with things like affordable housing, neighborhood centers, helping businesses grow, and giving people access to important resources. We need your help to figure out what our community needs most. Your ideas will help us decide where to focus our efforts.

We want to hear from everyone in Madison and Dane County, including families and community partners like non-profit groups, housing developers, and business owners. This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. You can take it in English, Spanish, Hmong, or Chinese.
