N Franklin Avenue & Lynn Terrace Reconstruction with Utilities Project

N Franklin Avenue and Lynn Terrace will be closed to non-local traffic starting on Monday, April 28th. The project will replace aging and deteriorating utilities for N Franklin Avenue and Lynn Terrace.

Details:

  • Both areas will fully replace the gravel base and asphalt with spot replacements of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway aprons.
  • N Franklin Avenue will also replace the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main.
  • Lynn Terrace will also replace the sanitary main and laterals, and storm sewer inlets. 

The project is anticipated to be completed in mid-September.
