Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 139 West Wilson Street

Torque Companies proposes to redevelop the property at 139 W. Wilson Street, currently The Shorecrest Apartments. The existing building and off-street parking would be demolished, and a new 16-story residential building with 316 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units would be constructed. Parking plans include three on-site car stalls with charging stations as part of a residence car share program, 320 enclosed bike parking spaces for residents, and 21 bike parking ground stalls for guests.
