Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 200 Wisconsin Avenue

Drury Hotels proposes to redevelop the 200 block of Wisconsin Avenue, located on the site of the former Madison College. The existing building is not included in this redevelopment proposal; however, Drury is seeking a development partner to support renovation of that building. The redevelopment proposal calls for the construction of an eight-story, 205-room Drury Plaza Hotel on the northeastern 0.78-acre portion of the block. Parking plans include below-grade parking to serve the future use of the existing building and above-grade parking on levels two and three to serve hotel guests and visitors.
