Steps to Enroll in Autopay Program

  1. Log In or Register

    "Log-in or Register" icon circled in red

    Go to the Resident Payment Portal and register for a new account, or log into an existing account.

  2. Create Your Account

    Click the "Create an Account" button to proceed

  3. Select your Account

    Billing tab shows your personal account information

    Select the "billing" tab and review your account balance details.  Here you can select "pay bill" button to make a payment.

  4. Complete Payment

    Select "Pay in Full" and enter your payment information.

    Select “Pay in full on the due date” and enter your email address to complete the enrollment form.

  5. Finished!
