Event Description

Garlic Mustard Pull at Heritage Sanctuary

Join us for a rewarding morning of environmental stewardship as we work together to combat invasive garlic mustard at Heritage Sanctuary! Garlic mustard threatens the biodiversity of our local ecosystems, and your help is crucial in preserving the natural beauty of our community.  Help us protect the rich, spring wildflower display at this park.

Details:

  • Please bring gloves and a weed digger if you have them. Extra tools will be available for those who need them.
  • Dress appropriately for outdoor work, including sturdy shoes and long pants.
  • Water and light refreshments will be provided.
  • Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome. This is a fantastic opportunity for families, groups, and individuals to make a tangible difference in our local environment.

Together, we can make a positive impact on the health of our natural spaces. Let's come together to protect and preserve the beauty of Heritage Sanctuary for generations to come. We look forward to seeing you there!
