Arts & Crafts Fairs

Warner Park Community Recreation Center historically hosts two annual seasonal arts and crafts fairs - HolidayFest, the first Saturday in December, and SpringFest, the first Saturday in May. 

Due to the Warner Park Community Center Expansion Project

  • HolidayFest 2025 is set for Saturday, December 6.
  • SpringFest returns on May 2, 2026.

NOTE: Vendor spots are limited and fill quickly. Please be aware of scammers. The ONLY organization selling vendor spots is the City of Madison's Warner Park Community Recreation Center.

HolidayFest Arts & Crafts Fair

Join us for the annual HolidayFest Arts & Crafts Fair held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.

Shoppers

More than 80 crafters from the Midwest sell their handmade goods. You can expect to see a variety of jewelry, baskets, garden art, cards, pottery, woodwork, baby gifts, soaps, balms, lotions, knitwear, paintings, home décor and more! It's the perfect place to find a unique gift for that special someone or yourself!.

  • $1 entry fee and also a chance to win a door prize (80+ chances to win)
  • Concessions available
  • Plenty of free parking

All artists with handmade products are encouraged to apply (sales of commercial items, imports and novelties are not permitted). 

Vendor Registration

Vendors 

Join other area artisans to welcome the holidays with your original crafts and artwork at the Warner Park Community Recreation Center’s annual HolidayFest Arts and Crafts Fair. Vendors are jury-selected within four (4) weeks before the event starts.

Important Note: Vendor spots are limited and fill quickly. We will never solicit vendors. Please be aware of scammers. The only organization that sells vendor spots is the City of Madison's Warner Park Community Recreation Center. 

Fees

  • $70 per sales area, up to two. This includes tax and a vendor permit per MGO 8.17(6).
  • $5 additional for electricity*
  • $5 additional per table, max 2 per space*

Applications are accepted until September 1, 2025.

Procedures

Payments
Checks and all credit cards are accepted. Make checks payable to: City of Madison Treasurer. You will receive confirmation by email on the status of your application once it has been processed.

Confirmation
Vendors are jury-selected and participating vendors will receive a final letter of confirmation within four (4) weeks of the fair, which will detail information regarding the day of the event.

Raffle Prize Submission
All artists will donate one of their crafts for a raffle prize. No gift certificates. Minimum of $15 value.

Space Assignments
Sales areas will be assigned at the discretion of the fair coordinator based on type of display and crafts. MOST spaces are 8’D x 9’W. Space includes one (1) chair - no tables. Vendor must supply tables and extra chairs. Rental tables available ($5 each).

Display
All items must be handmade. The sale of commercial items, imports and novelties are not permitted. If you require more space, one additional adjoining space may be rented. The fair is juried, and we do reserve the right to limit excessive duplication of crafts. No tents allowed.

Display Setup Times
Friday night set-up is from 5:00-6:30pm and 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday from 6:30-8:30am through SignUp Genius. Please move your car to the farthest parking lot by the park shelter by 8:30am on Saturday.

Sales
Artisans are responsible for the collection of sales tax. The City of Madison Parks Division is not responsible for money or crafts owned by exhibitors.

SpringFest Arts & Crafts Fair 2026

Due to the Warner Park Community Center Expansion Project, the annual SpringFest Arts & Crafts Fair, originally scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025 is canceled. We look forward to its return on May 2, 2026.
