Message from Parks: Odana Hills Golf & Park Improvements Project

"Greetings Odana Hills Stakeholders, 

Thank you for your continued engagement around the Odana Hills Golf & Park Improvements Project.  The Odana Hills Golf Course Master Plan was adopted by the Board of Park Commissioners on June 10, 2026.  Meanwhile, the Design Team has continued to refine the conceptual Master Plan for the Clubhouse and Odana Hills East Park.  Since the April 30 Public Information Meeting and June 2 site tours, staff have further investigated implications of utility easements within the park and have determined that adjustments are necessary from the preferred conceptual design. In addition, staff have received cost estimates for the project work and are developing a phasing plan that will deliver a quality project within budget and within the necessary timeline. The Conceptual Master Plan is scheduled to be considered by the Board of Park Commissioners on July 8, 2026.  

We are continuing to engage with key stakeholders around the project. The Parks Division staff will be hosting a virtual Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 6:30PM to share a revised concept.
