Dear District 11 Neighbors and Friends,

Biker pushing the walk button to cross a street
You're invited to participate in our first District 11 Town Hall meeting at the Sequoya Library on Wednesday, August 17th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This month, I will be joined by city officials from Traffic Engineering who will give us a brief presentation about Madison's Vision Zero project, and a Madison police officer will talk about making streets safer in District 11.

What is Vision Zero? Vision Zero Madison is an initiative with the goal of reducing all traffic deaths and severe injuries on city streets to zero by 2035. It represents a fundamental transformation in the city's approach to traffic safety in its prioritization of human life over the movement of motor vehicles.

Where: Sequoya Library, 4340 Tokay Blvd
Location: Meeting Room B
When: Wednesday, August  17, 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Take this opportunity to find out how to make our district a safer place to walk, bike, and drive. There will be plenty of time for comments and questions.
