Were you going to the Plan Commission meeting Re: Hartmeyer Project about Lincoln Properties Proposal?
postedThe Plan Commission meeting of Janauary 8th was cancelled and has been re-scheduled to this Monday, January 22, starting at 5:30 pm.
The issue they will consider is a major change (if allowable) to the design of the property located on Roth Street section of the property (which is part of the proposed redevelopment at the Hartmeyer/Oscar Mayer Site).
If you had registered to speak (and voice your opinion) for the January 8th meeting (that got cancelled)

In sum, the issue at hand is the removal of the proposed balconies and HVAC systems; its affect, and how it differs from the original, previously approved plan and authority and the impact of that.
