Atwood/Olbrich Path Update

The Transportation Commission reviewed the design alternatives for the Atwood Avenue/Olbrich Path project at their meeting last week and recommended adoption of Option 1 through the park and the cycletrack/path alternative for the southern portion of the project. Option 1 was favored heavily in the survey results and matches the feedback I have received as well. The commission recommended Option 3 as an alternate option if Option 1 is not selected, but recommended against options 2 and 4, which were also not supported by a majority of survey respondents. You can find all the project information on the Atwood Ave Project Page. A final recommendation for the path alignment will happen at the Board of Park Commissioners meeting on April 13.
