Meeting & Event Updates For The Week of July 17th

posted

Hi everyone,

I know that some of you are having difficulty managing the new Metro Routes. We are hearing your concerns and are looking into tweaks and changes that will help serve those who are experincing longer walk times, especially those who have mobility and accessibility issues. You can visit the Metro site to provide feedback with any concerns so that they have a record of it.

I've had the opportunity to speak to our Special Victims Unit over the last month and a half. It was very enlightening. Please help keep our loved ones safe by knowing what to look for and be aware of your surroundings when you're out. I'll be having conversations with individuals from the County, and outside organizations in order to find our best way forward. Here are a few resources to help.
