Please Join the City of Madison Planning Division and Wisconsin DOT staff to learn about changes that could be on the horizon in Northeast Madison

The City of Madison Planning Division is currently working on the Northeast Area Plan, which will guide growth and change in the coming years. City staff will present and discuss the recommendation framework, the precursor to the draft plan which will be considered for approval in early 2024, as well as polling results for the $400,000 community action plan expenditures.  Wisconsin DOT staff will share information on the Hwy 51 changes being considered.  These include several major intersection redesigns including E. Washington Avenue, Lexington/Commercial Avenues and Anderson Street.  Enjoy great food and provide feedback on projects that could have a major impact on the area in the coming years.
