Common Council
Tuesday, June 23, at 6:30 p.m., hybrid format. Agenda items include adopting the Southeast and Southwest Area Plans.
Housing Policy Committee
Thursday, June 25, at 4:30 p.m., virtual format. The Tenant Resource Center will present on evictions in Dane County.

Public Input Opportunities
Public Information Meeting: Rezoning Planned Development Zones
Monday, June 22 and again Thursday, June 25. The city is exploring rezoning several single- and two-family Planned Development zones into conventional zoning districts, which would make the rules clearer and more consistent for homeowners and give everyone the same opportunity to make changes to their property. These are the first and second of two virtual sessions.

Madison LakeWay Public Art Project Finalist Meet & Greet
Wednesday, June 24. LakeWay Partners is hosting a community meet and greet with public art finalists, each sharing a five-minute presentation about their work and the project site.
City Budget Engagement: Planning & Transportation
Wednesday, June 24, from 6 to 7 p.m. Stop by and talk with staff from Building Inspection, the Community Development Authority, Community Development Division, Economic Development Division, Metro, Planning, Parking, and Traffic Engineering. Afterward, Finance Director Dave Schmiedicke will walk through the 2027 budget process, followed by Q&A with alders. This is your chance to talk directly with city staff about your priorities for Madison's future.
