- Plan Commission Special Meeting Recording: A recording of the Plan Commission's March 31 special meeting on housing actions and strategy is now available.
- Virtual Public Meeting to Discuss Draft Pedestrian Plan, Tuesday, April 7: A public information meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7 at 6:00pm to discuss the Draft Pedestrian Plan. The meeting will include an overview of the planning process, key recommendations in the plan, a description of how the public can comment on the plan, and time for questions and answers. The meeting includes information on high stress crossings and major crossing gaps. These include points and sections on Gammon Rd, High Point Rd, Mineral Point Rd, Old Middleton Rd, Old Sauk Rd, Schroeder Rd, University Avenue, and Whitney Way in District 19. The District 19 neighborhood between the Beltline and Schroeder Rd is tentatively selected as a priority area for improvements.

- District 19 on Board of Public Works Agenda: There are four items on Wednesday, April 8, agenda of the Board of Public Works with District 19 impact.
- Research Park Blvd: Agenda item 5 (Legistar 92552) is for approval of plans, specifications, and assessment district for resurfacing of several streets, including Research Park Blvd.
- Sewer and Stormwater Rates: Agenda item 16 (Legistar 92353) is for approval of new sewer, landfill, and stormwater fees.
- Whitney Way/Odana Intersection: Agenda item 17 (Legistar 92355) is for approving a relocation order and land acquisition for improving safety at the intersection of Whitney Way and Odana Rd.
- Sewer Lining: Agenda item 35 (Legistar 92519) is for award of a contract for sewer lining (which extends the life of the sewer piping), including some pipes in District 19.
- Bird & Nature Adventures | Owen, Saturday, April 11: Pasture to Prairie History Walk ~ Join retired Madison Parks Conservation Manager Si Widstrand and Naturalist Eva Roos for a free guided nature walk to see farm fields and pastures that have been restored to native prairies and learn about their human and ecological history.
