Updated South Broom Street and West Wilson Street Closures

Starting Wednesday, June 7, in addition to South Broom Street being closed to traffic between West Wilson Street and West Doty Street, West Wilson Street will be fully closed between South Broom Street and South Henry Street. An updated map of the closures is available. Access to driveways will be maintained for local residents.

Metro Transit bus routes are detoured.

Pedestrian walkways will be maintained on at least one side of each street, through the work zone, at all times.

One inbound (northbound) lane of South Broom Street will reopen by Friday, August 11. All other streets will reopen in late October to early November.

Motorists and bicyclists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays during this closure.
