Several City agencies are involved in the development review process on various levels. The City’s Planning Division coordinates the City’s agency review of development proposals to ensure that they meet prescribed standards.

Email Scam (Phishing Attempt)
The FBI has warned that scammers are pretending to be city officials to request payments for planning and zoning permits. We're aware of phishing attempts following this scam in Madison.
