Homebuyer Education Course Part 3 of 3
Event Description
This HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education Course assists aspiring homeowners with making informed decisions and to potentially qualify for specialized loan programs. Topics covered include: entire homebuying process including pre-approval; money management and credit; and down payment assistance programs. This is part of a three-part series starting July 22 and occurring on July 29th and August 5th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Must attend all three parts of the series to complete the course and complete a one hour counseling session to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
