Participants who log at least four round trips in a week will automatically be entered into that week's prize drawings. Those who log at least 16 round trips during September will also be entered into the grand prize drawings.
Replacing drive-alone trips can help people save money on gas and parking, avoid the stress of traffic, and reduce pollution. As participants log trips, they can see their impact add up—including miles traveled, money saved, and pollution avoided—both for themselves and across the community.
This year's prize sponsors include One Social Food Hall, Friends Applaud Tavern & Cafe, Giant Jones Brewing Company, Monk's Bar & Grill, Marigold Kitchen, Madison Bikes, Machinery Row Bicycles, and Metro Transit.
More information, including how to participate, is available on the Smart Trips Challenge webpage.
