RoundTrip makes it easier to choose alternatives to driving alone in Dane County—like biking, walking, taking the bus, carpooling, and vanpooling. By encouraging more sustainable trips, RoundTrip helps reduce traffic, save money, and improve local air quality.
RoundTrip Connect
RoundTrip Connect is Dane County’s one-stop platform for finding better ways to get around. Use RoundTrip Connect to compare your commute options, access car-free resources and incentives, and more. Whether you’re interested in biking, busing, carpooling, or walking/rolling, RoundTrip Connect makes it easy to find—and do—what works best for you.

Our Funding
RoundTrip is funded through a combination of federal grants from the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration—including the Surface Transportation Block Grant – Urban Program and the Metropolitan Planning Program—with additional support from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
We also receive financial support from local partners, including the City of Madison, Metro Transit, Dane County Highway & Transportation, and UW–Madison Transportation Services.
