Victims return to bar to find car windows smashes, tires deflated

Incident Details
Two people reported having their windows smashed and tires deflated while parked outside a bar last Wednesday.
Officers were dispatched to Applegate Court around 12:20 p.m. on Feb. 4.
Both victims had left their cars parked outside of the bar the previous evening and returned to find the damage.
The victims provided officers with the identity of a possible suspect, who lived in Monona. Monona officers responded to his home and noticed blood inside his vehicle and near the house.
The man was found to have multiple cuts on his hands consistent with the damage at the scene.
The 35-year-old was taken into custody without incident. He was taken to the Dane County Jail for charges of domestic criminal damage to property and criminal damage to property.
