From 6:00am on February 16 to 6:00am on February 17 we received 423 calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or 911 misdials.
A breakdown of the calls for service per district is as follows:

"Other" is used for calls that either do not have a sector or the sector is not in the City. This would be used in the case of one of our officers assisting another law enforcement agency.
Notable calls
Monday, February 16:
3:28am – West – Intoxicated Driver: Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Oak St. at Union St. for a car that crashed into a parked vehicle. Suspect hit two parked cars and attempted to drive away. Driver refused field sobriety tests and was taken to the hospital for a warrant blood draw. While there, she kicked several officers.
8:48am – West – Battery: Woman assaulted by another woman inside parking garage.
10:54am – Central – Check Person: Officers respond to juvenile lying in a lane of traffic. Mental health professionals consulted.
3:51pm – West – Disturbance: Person not allowed on private property was located on the private property.
4:43pm – Central – Traffic Stop: Pills and marijuana located in vehicle and a large amount of cash during a traffic stop.
5:17pm – South – Check Property: Child reported hearing a student mention there was a violent incident at the school. Determined to be not a credible threat.
9:01pm – East –Adult Arrested Person: Officers dispatched to a store at East Towne Mall for a retail theft in progress. Suspect tries to run away and then gets into a fight with an officer. A firearm was found on the suspect. Suspect arrested for retail theft, attempted battery to law enforcement, resisting causing soft tissue injury, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:34pm – East –Adult Arrested Person: Police called after two roommates begin get into argument.
Tuesday, February 17:
12:49am – North – Drug Investigation: Bus driver called after a passenger refused to get of the bus. Drugs found on the passenger. He was arrested for possession of cocaine and a probation hold.
