Driver crashes into parked car, arrested for OWI

Incident Details
An officer was conducting proactive traffic enforcement, when she noticed a vehicle driving late at night with no headlights on.
The vehicle attempted to park in a stall, but ended up hitting a parked car as it was getting pulled over in the area of N. Hancock and E. Mifflin Streets.
The driver refused to perform standard field sobriety tests and was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.
While at the hospital, he threatened an officer.
The 66-year-old man was arrested for second-offense OWI, resisting arrest, obstruction, threats to a law enforcement officer and operating while revoked.
He was taken to the Dane County Jail.
