Dive Into Summer: Your Goodman Pool Checklist

Goodman Pool opens on Thursday, June 11!  This year, everyone 3+ years old visiting the Pool must complete a Pool Waiver before entering. Scholarships are available for season passes.

Scholarship Program

Goodman Pool is a place for everyone regardless of financial circumstances. We are proud to offer discounts to general pool admissions thanks to the generous donation of the Madison Parks Foundation. 

The revised scholarship program has a new application process and tiered qualifying discounts offered on general pool admission. 

To see if you qualify for a fee reduction, please follow the instructions outlined on this page. Note, discounts are not retroactive and will not apply to purchases made prior to completing the discount application.

  1. Create WebTrac Account
  2. Fill out Waiver Form
  3. Apply for Scholarship
  4. Receive Scholarship Amount and Confirmation
  5. Purchase Passes Online
  6. Pick Up Pass in Person

 

Online Scholarship Application Instructions

  1. Create WebTrac Account

    Login or create an account in WebTrac

  2. Complete Pool Waiver

    Follow the instructions to complete the Pool Waiver for each family member planning to visit the Goodman Pool. 

  3. Complete Scholarship Form

    • Click Pool Scholarship Program (PSP). This will redirect you to a page titled Form Search and select the appropriate form.
      • Under Form Code you will see the following Pool Scholarship Programs
      • 2026 Pilot PSP for Goodman Pool – Family (members of the same household)
      • 2026 Pilot PSP for Goodman Pool – Individual (one person)
      • 2026 Pilot PSP for Goodman Pool – Group (day cares, summer programs, etc.)
    • Enter your Household Account Number. This must be completed and is found at the top of the page. 
    • Complete all questions.
    • Check the "I'm not a robot" box
    • Click Submit

    After submitting, you will see "Form Submission Received" message and received an email subject: Aquatics UPDATE. Click View Form Status link. This will take you to Webtrac and view the progress of your application. 

  4. Discount Confirmation Email

    New for 2026 - You must receive confirmation of the discounted amount prior to visiting the pool. A completed application does not guarantee a discount and staff will need at least three business days to complete the approval process. 

    Staff will review your application and grade responses to determine your qualifying admissions discount.  You will receive a 2nd email within 3 business day letting you know the approved admissions discount amount. 

    A 3rd and final email will alert you when the discounted amount is applied to your account. You may return to your Webtrac profile and proceed in purchasing discounted season passes. 

    Once you receive the discount apply confirmation email, return to and log into your WebTrac profile. 

    Select the type of pass: Adult, Youth, Senior or Family. Your discount will automatically be applied to your pass. 

  5. In Person Pass Pickup

    Visit Goodman Pool on or after Thursday, June 11 to pick up your season pass.
