If you had an annual season pass previously, you already have an account. Click Forgot Password to receive your login credentials. 

If you need a new account, click Create an Account

• Ensure every family member visiting the pool is added in the account
• Follow the steps to create an account

• While logged into your account
• Confirm your household and all family members are current
• Add new family members, as needed

• While logged into your account, click Search
  • Go to Admission Passes
  • Select Pool Waiver
  • Add to Cart
• Select every family member planning to visit the Goodman Pool in 2026
• Select Continue
• After each family member selected you will be asked to verify and acknowledge the following by checking the box: 
  • Questions
    • I hereby certify that I am 18 years of age or older and understand that City staff may request a valid photo ID, or other means of identification, at any time to verify my age and identification. Failure to provide acceptable identification may result in denial of service. 
  • Waivers
    • I, the undersigned, and as parent/guardian of any youth named above, understand and agree to the following:
      - I give permission for the above-named youth to use the Goodman Pool facility under the terms of this waiver.
      - I understand violation of the Goodman Pool Behavior Policy may result in suspension or loss of access to the pool.
      - I authorize Madison Parks staff to verify the information provided on this form.
      - I understand that misrepresentation of any information may result in suspension from Goodman Pool.
      - I agree to hold harmless the City of Madison, its officials, agents, and employees from any claim or liability, including attorney's fees, arising from use of Goodman Pool facilities.
      - I grant permission for my child's photo to be used in promotional materials created by the City of Madison Parks Division.
    • PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT AGED 18 OR OLDER WITH PROOF OF AGE: 
      • I give permission to authorize the Madison Parks Aquatic Program and Recreation officials, if applicable, to verify the information on this application. I also understand that deliberate misrepresentation of information subjects the applicant to be suspended from Goodman Pool. I hereby certify that all of the information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
      • In exchange for this privilege of using these facilities, I agree that I will be liable to and hold harmless the city of Madison and its officers and officials, agents and employees against all loss or expense including attorney's fees by reason of any claim or suit, or the liability imposed by law upon the City or its agents or employees for damages because of bodily injury including death at any time resulting wherefrom, sustained by any person or persons or on account of damages to property, including loss of use thereof, arising from, in connection with, caused by or resulting from my act or omission in attending and using these facilities, whether caused by contributed to by the City or its agents or employees. I grant permission for my photo to be used in any promotional materials produced by the City of Madison Parks Division.
  • Waivers: select your signing method
    • I am signing as a parent or guardian of a participant (you are sign for a minor 17 years of age or under)
    • I am signing as an adult participant (you are signing for yourself and are 18 years or older)
• Add your first and last name and sign in the box
• Select Continue
• Complete these steps for every family member selected
• Verify Shopping Cart is accurate
• Select Proceed to Checkout
• Select Continue
• Continue shopping

The Pool Waiver is now applied to all selected household members.
