Enter the Pool: Show Barcode
To find your barcode in your WebTrac account, click on your household account number at the top of the page (mobile users, tap the hamburger ≡ icon first), then select My Memberships under the “My Account" section.
Or, when you arrive at the pool, scan the QR code to access your personal barcode. Everyone in your household will have a different barcode.
When staff scan your barcode, they will see whether you have an annual pass or need to purchase a daily pass.
Photo Required
Staff will verify your account includes a photo for each visitor aged 3 years or older. If you do not have a photo on file or your photo is outdated, staff will take a new picture before you enter the pool at your first visit. The process takes just a minute or two.

Q: What about last year's Youth Attendance Policy?
A: The Pool Waiver replaces the Youth Attendance Policy and is required for all pool visitors aged 3 years and older.
Q: What if I apply for a season pass scholarship?
A: As part of the scholarship application process, you will be required to complete the Pool Waiver and photo on file.
Q: Why is there a Pool Waiver?
A: This new process helps support a safe and enjoyable experience while creating one consistent entry process for all visitors.
Background: In summer 2025, following increasing and escalating negative behaviors at the Goodman Pool, we began enforcing a new Youth Attendance Policy, approved by the Board of Park Commissioners. The policy supplemented the existing rule for children 10 years or younger, who are required to be accompanied and actively supervised by a caregiver aged 16 or older. The Youth Attendance Policy required all Pool visitors aged 11 to 15 years old to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a parent/guardian completed and staff-verified Youth Attendance Waiver.
Since that time, Parks staff worked with community members and the City attorney to create a process that helps ensure a safe and enjoyable pool experience for everyone. All pool visitors will need to complete a Pool Waiver and have a recent photo (taken by Parks staff) on file. Due to this new waiver requirement, 11- to 15-year-olds that follow the behavior policy, will be allowed without a parent/guardian.
