Worker finds bullet lodged in roof of east side home

Incident Details
A roofing crew located a bullet while doing work at an east side home last week.
The resident called police to report the finding on Friday.
The resident replaced the roof 18 months ago, but had a contractor come out to inspect it after recent storms. The construction workers extracted the bullet and it was turned over to police.
MPD is trying to determine when the damage could have occurred.
