Public Information Meeting on sanitary sewer replacements on Glenway; Friends of Hoyt Park events; Make Music Madison and much more!
postedHello neighbors,
The Landmarks Commission approved the lot division at 113 Ely Place last week. However, this decision does not mean that the new lot will be a buildable lot. To build on that lot, any plans would need to be approved by city staff and the Plan Commission. Some of the things that might come up could include the street approach, including access for construction vehicles, and the ability to run utilities to the site. While the current owner indicated no plans to build on the new lot at this time, should those plans change, I will continue to keep the neighborhood informed.
There will be a public information meeting to discuss sanitary main replacements for 131-143 Glenway St (across from Reservoir Park) at 5:30 p.m., June 16, 2026, via Zoom. Please register in advance.
