The information provided below is about some of the calls officers responded to over the last 24 hours.

Number of calls
From 6:00am on June 22 to 6:00am on June 23, we received 483 calls for service. This number does not include parking complaints or 911 misdials.
A breakdown of the calls for service per district is as follows:
- Central: 84
- East: 99
- Midtown: 71
- North: 83
- South: 62
- West: 69
- Other: 15
"Other" is used for calls that either do not have a sector or the sector is not in the City. This would be used in the case of one of our officers assisting another law enforcement agency.
Notable calls
Monday, June 22:
Priority calls only from 12:57pm to 2:15pm due to calls for service.
- 10:13am – East – Disturbance: Officers responded to a juvenile shelter for a disturbance involving a 15-year-old female subject. The subject was causing a disturbance and damaging property (threw a TV on the floor, ripped off blinds in the common area). The subject was arrested for criminal damage to property and transported to the Juvenile Reception Center.
- 3:44pm – Midtown – Domestic Disturbance: Officers responded to a residence for a disturbance involving a 56-year-old male subject. The subject was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and domestic battery.
- 4:20pm – North – Intoxicated Driver: A traffic stop was conducted. The driver (22-year-old male) was found to be impaired. The subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (1st offense). The driver was also cited for not wearing a seatbelt.
- 4:53pm – East – Drug Incident: Officers responded to a report of a subject (37-year-old male) sitting in a vehicle smoking crack. The subject was contacted and was uncooperative with officers. The subject had fled on foot but was apprehended. The subject was arrested for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, and possession of THC.
- 5:37pm – Central – Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance involving a 22-year-old female subject who brandished a firearm on two subjects/victims. The subject was located/contacted. Gun not located. The subject was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed.
- 6:23pm – North – Disturbance: Officers responded to a residence for a disturbance involving a 15-year-old female subject. Officers arrived on scene and heard fighting inside. Contact made with several subjects. The home was found in significant disarray. An argument started between two subjects. The subject punched the victim in the head multiple times. The subject refused to let the victim leave the residence. The subject armed herself with a large knife and swung it at the victim. The knife was recovered. The subject was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed, battery, 2nd degree reckless endangering safety while armed, and false imprisonment. CPS notified.
- 9:55pm – North – Adult Arrested Person: A 33-year-old male subject with an extraditable warrant was located, arrested, and transported to jail.
- 10:06pm – Midtown – Domestic Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance involving a 48-year-old female subject. The subject has bail conditions to not consume alcohol. The subject was intoxicated. The subject was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct and bail jumping.
- 11:26pm – Central – Disturbance: A 69-year-old male subject punched a staff member at a bar on State Street. The subject left the area before officers arrived. The subject was located passed out on the floor of another bar. The subject was arrested for battery and a probation/parole hold.
Tuesday, June 23:
- 1:59am – North – Adult Arrested Person: A 40-year-old male subject set up an encampment which was marked with no trespassing signs. Officers asked the group to move along. The subject provided officers with a false name. The subject was detained. The subject resisted officers. The subject was arrested for resisting, obstruction, a probation/parole hold, and a child support warrant.
