Project-Based Voucher

  3. Submit your documents to CDA

    1. CDA Responsibility Agreement
    2.  Project Based Voucher (PBV) Statement of Understanding
    3. Project Based Voucher Briefing Certificate

What happens next? 

Once CDA has received your documentation your assigned housing specialist will send the following information to you within 10 business days by the manner you indicate on your briefing certificate:

  1.  PBV Statement of Responsibility- the head of household needs to list their telephone number (if any), sign and date page 8 and return to CDA
  2. Estimated PBV Rent Calculation- provides you with details on how we calculated your Total Resident Rent portion
  3. PBV Tenancy Addendum- ALL adults in the household must print, sign and date page 3 and return to CDA

After the unit passes inspection, you will be notified by CDA by email or telephone with approval to sign the residential lease.
