Incident Details

Madison Police received a report of a Weapons Offense with shots fired in the area of Wittwer and Walbridge. Officers made contact with the victim who reported they were inside of a vehicle when it was struck by gun fire. The victim was not hurt but there was damage to the vehicle.

Officers checked the area and were able to find bullet casings. Madison Police then arrested Travon Dunlap for 2nd Degree Reckless Endangering Safety. Police also arrested Jamarr Stewart for Party to a Crime of 2nd Degree Reckless Endangering Safety and an outstanding warrant. Both were taken to the Dane County Jail.
