A man called 911 after his gun accidentally went off and struck the wall of his apartment early Thursday morning.
Officers were dispatched to Oakbridge Court shortly before 1 a.m.
No one in a neighboring apartment was injured.
The 44-year-old man reported consuming alcohol before attempting to clean his firearm.
He was arrested for negligent discharge of a firearm and being armed while intoxicated.
