Man throws food, screams at strangers on State Street

Multiple people reported having a man scream and throw food at them as they walked along State Street on Saturday morning.
These people reported their interactions to officers were patrolling on State Street. The victims were able to direct officers to the suspect.
He threatened officers as he was taken into custody. The 23-year-old was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping and threats to law enforcement.
He was taken to the Dane County Jail.
