Driver assaults teen during road rage incident

A man followed a teenager driver home and assault the teen during a road rage incident.

The 17-year-old accidentally cut the suspect off on Fish Hatchery Road. 

The suspect then followed the teenager to the 200 block of S. Park St. and punched the teen in the head. He then got into a fight with the victim's family members.

Bryan P. Fernandez Hurtado, 31, was taken to the Dane County Jail for physical abuse to a child, battery and disorderly conduct.

This remains an ongoing and active investigation.
