Man pins woman's arm in vehicle door during road rage incident

A man assaulted a woman during a road rage incident on the city's north side Tuesday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the area of N. Sherman Ave. and Northport Dr. around 9:50 a.m.
The man got upset after the woman honked her horn.
The man got out of his vehicle and began screaming at the woman when they were stopped at a nearby traffic light.
The woman used pepper spray to get the man to leave. As she shifted her body to drive away, the man pinned her arm in the car door. The man then continued to push onto the door as the woman's arm remained trapped.
The 63-year-old woman was able to drive away and called police from her workplace.
The man remained at the scene.
Vang M. Yang, 33, was arrested for felony battery and disorderly conduct.
He was taken to the Dane County Jail.
