Officers respond to disturbance involving armed individual

Incident Details
A man threatened a person with a large kitchen knife during a disturbance over the weekend.
Officers were dispatched to the 4600 block of Atticus Way around 6:25 p.m.
The man had been arrested earlier in the summer, which resulted in bail conditions that he cannot be in the 4600 block of Atticus Way, have contact with the victim or possess any dangerous weapons.
As officers were talking to the victim, the man returned to the area with a different sharp weapon. He then ran from police and was found on a hill under the Verona Rd. overpass.
The suspect remained armed and told officers to kill him. Responding officers, who were a distance away, began talking with the man. The man eventually walked down the hill unarmed and was taken into custody.
Cristabol Urquiza-Duran, 44, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct while armed, resisting with use of a dangerous weapon, three counts of bail jumping.
He was medically cleared and taken to the Dane County Jail.
