Madison officers responded to an accident involving a bicyclist Thursday evening.
It appears that the bicyclist rode his bike into the cars path of travel when the accident occurred.
The bicyclist sustained some road rash and some other minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
Although the driver did not receive a citation for the crash, they were arrested for 3rd Offense OWI
