WPCRC ID

The mission of WPCRC is to be a gathering place for everyone in our community. To best provide this service and provide quality recreational, cultural, educational and community programs, a minimal fee is required to participate in the programs and use of the facility.  

To use any of the spaces or services, you must have an active WPCRC Identification (ID) Card. Please complete the ID Card Application: English / Spanish. When complete, bring in or email to: wpcrcmembership@cityofmadison.com.

Fitness Center Memberships are available for purchase separately. 

ID Card

Every person entering the building is required to have a WPCRC ID card. ID cards need to be renewed annually. There is no replacement fee for lost cards.
