Water main flushing this week; Assessments are out - open book period this week; Announcements & Events
postedHello neighbors,
I apologize that this update is delayed this week. My family and I were attending my daughter’s college graduation from Brandeis University this past weekend!
As some people noted today with reduced water pressure, water main flushing is occurring this week between University Ave. and Regent St. east of Ash St, THEN south of Regent St.
The new assessment report is out. Locally assessed real estate increased 9.1% for 2025. Commercial assessments increased 10.9% and residential assessments increased 8%. Steady growth and continued development contributed to the increase.
