Event Description

See the Holiday Fantasy in Lights at Olin Park aboard a haywagon! No reservation is needed.

Event Time

The first haywagon ride will start at 5:00pm. Rides last approximately 20 minutes and the last ride will depart at around 7:40pm.

Updated Meeting Location

Turville Point Conservation Park, 1202 Olin-Turville Court. Meet at the Turville Point parking lot, entrance at the E. Olin Ave. stoplight from John Nolen Drive at the railroad tracks, south of Olin Park (not at the boat launch).

Due to the John Nolen Drive construction project and temporary use of a portion of the Olin Park boat launch parking lot for operations and storage, we have relocated the meeting location to the parking lot at Turville Point Conservation Park. There are no changes to the haywagon ride route.

Vehicle Access & Parking Alert

  • Limited parking is anticipated and may be available in the following locations:
    • Turville Point Conservation Park parking lot
    • Street parking along Olin-Turville Court and Lakeside St.
    • Parks Lakeside Offices, 330 E. Lakeside Street. The pedestrian bridge at Olin Park is closed.
  • John Nolen Drive is under construction. See the project page for the latest information. 

Cost

$3/per person (children 2 and under are free) *cash only, exact change is appreciated. 

Accessing the Wagons

Participants will need to enter and exit the wagon using stairs. 

Weather Permitting

Wagon rides happen rain or shine, however, snow or ice will cancel.
