Reservable Haywagon Rides for Groups
See the Holiday Fantasy in Lights in Olin Park aboard a haywagon! We offer reservable and public haywagon rides. Reservable rides on select dates, provide space for up to 20 adults and children and an approximately 20-minute tractor-pulled haywagon ride viewing the spectacular lights and displays, plus a campfire and s'mores for your group!

Updated Meeting Location
Turville Point Conservation Park, 1202 Olin-Turville Court. Due to the John Nolen Drive construction project and temporary use of a portion of Olin Park boat launch parking lot for operations and storage, we have moved the meeting location to Turville Point Conservation Park. There are no changes to the haywagon ride route.
Vehicle Parking Alert
Limited parking is anticipated and may be available in the following locations:
- Turville Point Conservation Park parking lot
- Street parking along Olin-Turville Court and Lakeside St.
- Parks Lakeside Offices, 330 E. Lakeside Street. The pedestrian bridge at Olin Park is closed.
Accessing the Wagon
Participants will need to enter and exit the wagon using stairs. Pets are not permitted at this event or aboard the haywagon.
Weather Permitting
Wagon rides happen rain or shine; however, ice or snow will cancel the event. Reservation holders will be notified by email.
Cancelation Policy
7-day notice is required to receive a full refund. No refund provided with less than a 7-day notice. Should Madison Parks need to cancel due to inclement weather (snow or ice), you will receive a full refund. We will make our best attempt to host the event rain or shine; however, if there is a threat for inclement or severe weather, safety is our primary concern and we may cancel.
