Incident Details
A group of 4 individuals exited a Metro bus at the intersection of Farley Ave and University Ave Wednesday afternoon. As the group was walking away from the bus stop, another person exited and punched one of the victims in the head.
The group scattered and police were called. While enroute, an associate of the suspect showed up with a gun. Police arrived and made contact with the group, while 2 suspects were nearby.
The suspects flee as officers approach to speak with them and perimeter of the area is set up. A K9 track and drone were utilized, with assistance from an outside agency but the suspects were unable to be located.
The investigation into this case is ongoing.
