Incident Details
Officers responded to the 300 block of N Brooks St for a bicycle theft. While on scene, another subject approached officers and tells them they were just shot at.
Officers learned there was a mental health component at play, and the subject was not actually shot at but rather the subject picked up a frying pan and began swinging it at people and banging it against the wall.
A Journey Mental Health Crisis worker was contacted, and it was ultimately decided that the subject should be arrested for disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping.
