Madison police officers responded to the Target on Junction Road Friday afternoon after loss prevention reported a subject stealing.
Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect who was acting erratically and the suspect fled on foot. Officers chased the subject and were able to take him into custody.
Stephen Jackson, 39, arrested for felony bail jumping, resisting arrest, and a warrant. Retail theft charges are also pending.
