The Madison Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday night.
Officers were dispatched to the 5700 block of Russett Rd. around 8:45 p.m.
A man was pulled over in the the area when he was approached by three people who asked to use his cell phone.
During this interaction, one of the men pulled out a gun and demanded more items.
The man sped away and a passenger called 911.
The phone was located in the 5700 block of Bartlett Ln.
No physical injuries were reported.
This remains an ongoing investigation.
