Disorderly Conduct While Armed

Officers responded to the Best Western in the 2400 block of University Ave Thursday afternoon for a report of someone with a gun.

When officers arrived, they learned a subject walked into the bathroom and was met by another person who was holding a gun. The gun was never pointed at anyone but was still seen.

Officers were able to locate the subject with the gun who was still in possession of it.

Michael Martinez, 59, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon without a license, and disorderly conduct while armed.
