Madison Police Investigate Crash and Refer OWI Charge

Madison Police were dispatched to the area of N Pleasant View Rd and Blackhawk Rd for a report of a single vehicle crash where a car hit a pole. When officers arrived on scene, they spoke with the driver. During the investigation, officers observe that the driver is intoxicated. The driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment and officers referred a charge of 6th Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired.
