Thanksgiving & Ho-Chunk Day Service

Reduced Service 

Metro will operate a Sunday schedule on Thursday, November 27, and a Saturday schedule on Friday, November 28. 

Thanksgiving Day

Thursday, November 27, 2025

• Bus routes will run on “Sunday” schedules, with service available on the following routes:
  
  ABCDEFGHJLOPRS
• Route 80 operates a weekend recess schedule.
• Routes 81-84 do not operate.

Ho-Chunk Day

Friday, November 28, 2025

• Bus routes will run on “Saturday” schedules, with service available on the following routes: 
  
  ABCDEFGHJLOPRS
• Meto's Route D2 will operate hourly service to and from Epic Systems in Verona, WI. View the schedule under the "Reduced" tab.
  • Eastbound Route D2 trips will serve Epic, then travel to West End/Wild Cat in Verona.
  • Westbound Route D2 trips will serve Epic until 7:00 p.m.
• Routes 55 and 75 will operate on regular weekday schedules to and from Verona/Epic.
• Route 80 operates a weekday recess schedule.
• Routes 81-84 do not operate.

Paratransit Holiday Service

All standing Paratransit rides will be canceled on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28. Riders must schedule a casual ride to travel on these dates.

All trips must be completed by the end of service hours. For ride reservations, please call Metro Customer Service at (608) 266-4466.

Customer Service

Metro's Customer Service call center will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on both Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, 2025. The administration office will be closed on both days.
