If you have received a parking citation, you have several options for resolving it.

Your Options

You may choose one of the following:

  1. Pay Online
  2. Pay by Mail (check or money order)
  3. Pay in Person
  4. Request a Review to determine whether the citation was issued in error
  5. Request a Court Date to contest the citation

Before You Pay

Before submitting payment, please review the following important information.

Look Up Your Parking Citation

Use the Parking Citation Look-Up portal to view outstanding citations.

You may pay multiple parking citations in a single online session.
Example: If you have two $20 citations, you may select and pay both at the same time.

If your vehicle registration has been suspended:

  • Online payments may take up to three (3) business days to apply to your citation balance.
  • If your registration was suspended due to nonpayment, it may take up to five (5) business days after payment for the Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles to clear the suspension.
