Warming Shelter and Equipment Rentals
If trails are listed as open, the warming shelter is staffed Wednesday - Sunday only for concessions and ski equipment, unless otherwise posted in the alert. Hours are subject to change. All winter activities are dependent on the weather and conditions.

Equipment Rentals  (includes skis, boots, poles and a daily ski permit)	Fee
Cross-Country Skis - first hour Each additional hour	$9/Adult; $5/Youth* $5/Adult or Youth
Cross-Country Ski - all day, per day Each additional day	$30/Adult; $15/Youth* $15/Adult; $8/Youth
Cross-Country Ski - weekly	$70/Adult; $50/Youth*
Sit Skis - first hour Each additional hour	$9/Adult; $5/Youth* $5/Adult or Youth

*Youth = 15 years or younger

SKI PERMIT REQUIRED

All ski trails at Elver Park require a daily or annual ski permit for anyone aged 16 or older, which may be purchased online or by phone (608) 266-4711. Note: If you rent skis, a daily permit is included.

2025 Fees 

• 2024 permit is valid through December 31, 2024. 
• 2025 permit is valid from time of purchase through Dec. 31, 2025.
• The permit is valid for Dane County Parks trails also.
